Insite Storage - Essex Street. (Under Construction)
DSE was a part of the design team for this 122,000 SF four story storage building located in Los Angeles, CA. The building consists of masonry shear walls and an interior grid of steel beams and columns all supported on a mat foundation. Due to building being built directly adjacent to the property lines, parking and loading zones were accommodated within a two story tall interior space.
